We are glad to have done our trip with Africa Bed of Roses safaris company for the great tour safaris they did for us. We took our trip to Kenya & Tanzania . Through the experience we were exposed to, i have no enough words to explain how amazing our Africa Bed of Roses safaris was. The entire experience was top notch, we were served with the full package of our inettary. We had amazing guide, so much understanding and Skillful. Our wonderful and informative tour operator Mr James was always responsive and always reached out for us.
We spent our night in different hotel of which all the hotel were perfectly done. The accommodation was friendly with our pockets. The hotel had nice staff and even the entire management were up to the top level. Since everything had been done with Africa Bed of Roses we were able to check in and out without any trouble.
The entire trip was worth our penny. We also had the opportunity to see all the animals including the big Five animals in Maasai Mara and Serengeti. Without second thought all definitely recommend Africa Bed of Roses for great Job! Highly recommend this safari company
My mum and I visited Kenya from Australia and did a 3 day / 2 night safari to Amboselli with Bed of Roses. We really couldn’t fault anything about the tour. We were met at the airport by Mercy and we stayed at OlTukai lodge which was amazing. Our driver Daniel was very good and knowledgeable and did his best for us to see all the animals in the park. Despite the time of year not being the best for Amboselli we still saw lot of animals including elephants, zebras, giraffes, flamingos, hippos and a lion. We were lucky on our last day too that we saw the mountain in great visibility. We went with the 4×4 Safari jeep with open roof and I highly recommend this over the minibuses if your budget allows (although the minibuses we saw also had the open roof so you wont miss out on views, just it was a little bit wet and muddy so the 4×4 was reassuring we wouldn’t get stuck).
We realised we were the first customers for this company and this was a little nerve-wracking for us as we wanted to ensure the company was legitimate. Dickson was very responsive and sent us the accommodation confirmation (which we needed anyway for the entry visa) and reassured us we were booked in for the tour. He also advised us they are registered with the TRA, and I independently checked this.
We felt very well looked after, safe and I would recommend this company.
The booking process was easy – queries were answered quickly and additional features added in with no trouble. We were met at the airport and quickly started the safari. The guide was a good driver. He knew the area well and spotted lots of animals for us. Our only concern was the vehicle which needed jump-starting a few times and then broke down. We had fed back that this vehicle needs a significant service before being used again.

Africa Bed of Roses were very easy to deal with. They responded quickly to queries by email and we were happy that they were providing what we wanted, including adding some extras in. They met us at the airport and the guide was a good driver. Accommodation was excellent. The advertised safari lodge was not available but the substitute was lovely and I would willingly return to it. The guide was obviously very familiar with the area of the Masai Mara that we visited and he was able to find lots of wonderful wildlife to observe.
Our only concern was about the actual vehicle that we travelled in. It needed jump-starting a few times and then broke down so we had to be transferred to another vehicle to complete our journey. The guide had to facilitate this himself as there was no obvious back-up . We have fed back to Africa Bed of Roses that we feel the vehicle is in need of a major service.
This incident would not stop me using them again.

This 4- day luxury safari was beyond anything we would have expected. The camp was beautiful, clean, and great service. The game drives were perfectly timed and comfortable. Our host was great. We got to see everything and shared lots of good memories.
